Robert M. Tarola
Robert M. Tarola, as president of Right Advisory LLC, brings a unique perspective to address business and professional challenges of accountants, auditors, attorneys, governance bodies and finance professionals. Mr. Tarola has extensive experience as a public company director, CFO and auditor.
Mr. Tarola’s expertise can be deployed to help clients navigate through a state of transition—either due to a personnel gap, business model challenge or leadership issues. Right Advisory can come into a challenged situation, quickly assess the root causes, recommend remedial actions, and implement them if so desired. Mr. Tarola can assume a CFO/COO role to remediate financial or operational issues, and be the change agent when desired by management or the board.
V. Bridget Sarikas
V. Bridget Sarikas, as vice president of Right Advisory LLC has extensive experience in investor relations and communications, financial planning and analysis, process improvement and effectiveness, and administration. She is an expert in utilizing tools such as Six Sigma and Six Sigma Lean to enhance outcomes and reduce costs.
Right Advisory deploys Ms. Sarikas in situations that require disciplined process management and/or restructuring. She provides the expertise necessary to bring diverse facets of an organization together around a betterment goal. She is hands-on in style and goal-oriented in approach. She trains existing staff as she leads the function to a best-in-class performance objective. She is the developer of Right Advisory's communication tools and formats.
